Attended property after hours on 16/11/15 to investigate report of a storm damaged roof.
-Accessed property and was shown a section of roof & flashing which become dislodged in the strong winds
-Set up roof access and personal protective equipment
-Inspected pitched metal roof and found to be in poor condition
-Found many loose nails and loose ridge cappings
-Also found a missing barge flashing and various rusted roof sheets
-Carried out roof repairs including re-nailing loose roof nails and installing additional screws into ridge
-Packed up and left site clear
1. Barge timber/flashing replacement and application of noxide to rusted roof sheet areas.
