Our emergency plumbers​ have attended four properties in the last seven days to find and fix the cause of no hot water supply. Three of the four call outs related to electrical issues and two jobs requiredsSimple re-setting of the hot water service. The following case studies document the 4 emergency plumbing call outs.

A: No hot water at a public housing building in West St Kilda. Our emergency plumber found that the gas had been turned off, he reinstated the gas supply and re-set the electronic ignition, commissioned the two bulk Rheem 275 litre hot water units and waited till the units reached maximum temperature.

B: No hot water at an Owners Corp  property in Glenhuntly Road Elsternwick. Again hour emergency plumber attended after hours and found that someone had pulled the power plug for the electronic gas-fired unit. He reset the electronic ignition and commission the Rheem hot water service.

C: No hot water at a commercial property in Church Street Brighton. One of our general maintenance plumbers Melbourne attended this job and found a fault with the units control panel. He replace the faulty part, carried out the appropriate safety checks and commissioned the bulk Rinnai hot water system. 

D: No hot water at domestic home in Melbourne bayside suburb of Elwood.  We attended AH And our emergency plumber found a fault with the water inlet on the Rinnai 26 continuous hot water service. Filter was  cleaned, safety checks carried out and hot water reinstated to this home.

NOTE:

~Two of the  AH emergency plumbing call outs may have been avoided by simply checking the gas electricity supply to the hot water services.
