Safe Roof Access System - Project
As part of a safety upgrade at their central office in Sunshine, S.E.S. engaged the Webb Plumbing Services team to supply and install a compliant roof access system for contractors who needed to access the roof.
Being experienced in roof safety, the Webb Plumbing Services team understood the practical requires of a safe roof system.
The Webb Plumbing Services team installed the elevated platform with a caged ladder system with fall protection railing.

The building
Stage 1
Webb Plumbing Services team assemble ladder and platform system.
Stage 2
The platform is installed and consists of a ladder support bracket and a self-closing gate.
Stage 3
The vertical ladder is installed with a fall protection cage with a lockable gate and easily accessed via a portable ladder.
Stage 4
The parapet landing step installed to ensure safe access onto the roof.
A final audit carried out – checking all fixings are secure.
